Returns & exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To return your product, please email email@example.com and we will provide you with the address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom Order Return Policy
For personalized items I am unable to accept returns. However, I will gladly grant refunds on items if the reason for return is workmanship or product defect within 10 days of delivery. This does not include items with shipping damage. Please email before you ship any return item.
If you need to cancel your order before I have started work on it, you may cancel for a full refund. If I have already started the Design process there will be a 50% non-refundable design fee.
I only ship within the Continental USA via USPS Priority Mail for the price listed for shipping. Depending on the distance from your location to Massachuesettes, most Priority packages will arrive at their destination within 2-3 business days. Insurance is included in the price.
-HAWAII, ALASKA AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES, please email for a shipping quote PRIOR to purchasing.
-WRONG ADDRESS: Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
-DATE OF DELIVERY: I cannot guarantee date of delivery, I am only able to guarantee the date that I am able to ship your item. USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers.
-SHIPPING DAMAGE: In the unlikely event your item is damaged during shipping, please email photographs immediately so that I can file an insurance claim. A replacement item will be mailed out to you ASAP. I do not ask that damaged items be returned to me, however you will need to keep the item and packaging for about a week in case the USPS needs to see the damage.
-LOST PACKAGES: If your package is lost by the USPS I will make another sign for you ASAP.
